Durability:4.0 out of 5 stars Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars Educational:3.0 out of 5 stars

We purchased this wagon for our kids. One is 2 and a half and the baby is 10 months. It's a wagon I would recommend to others, but we have been experiencing prolems with the front wheels. They do not turn when you steer the wagon all the time. You end up dragging one or both wheels sideways. I called the company and had a replacement wheel set sent thinking something was wrong with the original set. They sent everything expeditiously and free of charge. However, after replacing the wheels, the wagon is still hard to steer. I've taken it to the mall and did just fine with both kids in the main parts of the mall. The front wheels just slide easily on the tile floors. The safety straps are safe. The wagon fits easily in the back of our SUV. The handle bar folds easily under the wagon. We wish it just had some storage compartments for our (paernts') stuff. Four cup holders is too much. I do not think that it will last long considering that the front wheels will get worn our because they do not turn properly.

I bought this wagon for my nieces first birthday. When we put her in it, she absolutely loved it! She stayed in it for over an hour, enjoying being taken around the neighborhood, as well as just sitting in it and holding court for all to celebrate her day.
The adults were impressed with features that the wagon offers (cup holders, storage, one side lifts up, etc). I wouldn't be surprised if a few of them look to purchase this wagon as well.
There was some discussion about difficulty putting the wagon together. I did not experience any problems at all. All the parts and all of the holes were where they were supposed to be.
I highly recommend this wagon!

The idea of this wagon is excellent, and my son loves to sit in it to be pulled around. However, there are many design flaws such as no predrill holes so the pieces would actually fit, the side attachments are not secured and actually came off during a trial run, the seat belt that does not quite reach the circumference of a child to be functional, and some screws were not long enough to be capped at the ends. Although we can fixed some flaws by drilling holes and buying longer screws and we entertained that thought after assembling it 3/4 way, but it just wasn't worth the effort for the money we paid. We returned the wagon partly assembled to show the manager of the retail store that it was not possible to assembled the wagon according to the manufacture's instructions.
