It is easy for her to sit on and if she colors on it it is really easy to clean. She can even throw her toys on it and it doesn't damage it any where a wooden desk would. He used washable crayons to draw on paper, but also marked the table and everything cleaned up easily. <br/><br/>The only problem is he has a hard time getting up into the chair (go up backwards and then turns around). It was way beyond my expectations for stability and safety. It is the perfect size but should accommodate the child for about 2 years.
