The screw on the battery dept was stripped…could not even unscrew it! Poor quality. Over the top packaging (a million twist ties with screws!
This product was great to look at, but I should have researched a little more before buying. Once we were actually able to get through the twist ties and screws, loaded the batteries and bubble solution I took it outside for my 2 yr old and it was very cute, especially when 10-12 bubbles starting coming out right away! Then the bubbles stopped and we haven’t seen one since! I have left this toy on for 30 minutes and no bubbles. I too should have just thrown $20 away instead. Now I cannot even find anyone who will speak to me about the toy. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
